The process
Say Hello
If you think I’m the one for you (*internally fan girling*) and you send me a message. I like to set up some time to get to know each other. We can schedule a phone call or hop in a video chat for some facetime. I am open to meeting in person if that is something you are interested in. Meeting over coffee, tea or drinks sounds great lets set the date!
Contracts
Once you and your better half have made a decision, I send your contract with all the details we discussed from our first meeting. I do ask my couples for a 25% down payment to secure their date. I do have a long as heck questionnaire, but take your time with it. It helps me understand your vision for your wedding day.
That’s It!
After all the documents are filled out and the deposit has been collected, I will create a custom timeline. This will help us organize our time on your wedding day so we can capture everything you dream of. Then, *poof* its the day of your wedding!

Yes, I am there to help you feel comfortable and at ease. Within moments you might forget I’m there with you and you’ll be ready to conquer the rest of your session!

There is no right or wrong amount of time to reserve your photographer. When you know you’d like to work with us most of our couples book 6 months - 1 year out for weddings.

I like to send 10 previews the day after a wedding. I understand the anticipation is hard to control after such an incredible day with everyone you love. The rest of the gallery can take me 2-6 weeks.

Yes, for full wedding days I work on 2 cameras. When I shoot I record your photos to both memory cards. I do not want to loose any images from your wedding. If one camera or card fails I have a backup.

In a digital gallery that you will be able to access and download all your photos in either hi-resolution or web-format. In your gallery there is an online store connected so you can buy prints, albums, canvases, the list goes on and on!

Yes, if I am traveling 40 miles outside of my office. I do factor in travel to the total cost.
